Terms of use
Last updated: November 4, 2026
These terms apply to pantryrecall.com (“PantryRecall”, “we”, “us”), operated by DAMGA LTD, registered in England and Wales, Company No. 17467641, registered office: Suite 11227, 5 Brayford Square, London E1 0SG, United Kingdom. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information only
PantryRecall reorganizes public recall information published by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Inspection Service (USDA FSIS). It is provided for general information only. It is not medical, legal or safety advice, and it does not replace the official recall notice, the instructions of the company that made the product, or advice from a healthcare provider.
The official notice always takes priority. Before you eat, discard or return a product, compare its brand, size, lot code, barcode and dates with the official notice linked on our pages. If you feel unwell after eating a recalled product, contact a healthcare provider.
No warranty
We collect and match recall data automatically and update it regularly, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete, accurate or current. Recalls can be announced, changed or closed at any time; some notices do not list a barcode; and our matching of products to foods, stores and reasons can make mistakes. In particular, the absence of a recall on our site, or a “no recall found” barcode result, does not mean a product is safe. The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DAMGA LTD is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Independence and trademarks
PantryRecall is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the FDA, USDA, or any company, store or brand named on the site. Product, company and store names are used only to identify recalled products and belong to their owners.
Using and citing our pages
You are welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages with a link back to the page you quote. The underlying government recall data is public. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
